Redcon Spain Signs Contract with Al Morshedy Group for Skyline Project

Construction Company, a subsidiary of Redcon Group, has signed a contract with Al Morshedy Group to build five residential towers in the Skyline Project located in Katameya, Sixth Settlement, with a total investment of
EGP 650 million.
The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Tarek El Gammal, Chairman of Redcon Companies, and Eng.
Nour Morshedy, Owner and CEO of Al Morshedy
Group.
This partnership highlights both companies’ shared commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Redcon Spain will apply advanced construction methods and sustainable practices, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology-making it the first company in the Middle East to implement this system.
