Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
- Oversee site analysis, master planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in landscape design and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
